Tesco Broadband Service- eLearning Course
Goal: This Learning course was created for the Tesco staffs to help them learn about Tesco broadband service
It was hosted on Tesco Learning Management System (LMS) to allow their employees (aged 18-35 yr) to access this course at anytime from anywhere. To make this course attractive and engaging for the users, it included vibrant colours, interactive animations and quizzes.
Story: In the building there are both happy and unhappy apartments. The residents in the happy apartments signed up for the broadband service which provides customers with a fast & reliable broadband service without a heavy price tag and their lives become simple, easy and more fun. As the users progress through the course, they will find out how to make the unhappy apartments happy.
